Policy :
• Shifting Building in Makkah city will be at a distance of 4/5 km from Haram Sharif
• Room sharing in Shifting Building will be as per room size, sharing between 5 to 7 persons in a room.
• All rates are based on Air fare Rs 40,000/-, Ex-Mumbai and Saudi Riyal at the rate of Rs. 14.70/- any increase in exchange rate and air fare before travel shall be borne by the passengers
• The tour dates and tour duration are provisional and subject to confirmation and availability of visa & seats.
• All services are from Mumbai to Mumbai airport.

• Attendance of Haj Tarbiyat Camp (Orientation Programme) of Our Tour Company is essential/compulsory.
• Agreement should be signed before leaving for Hajj
• Our Company will provide Medical Card before leaving; its passenger responsibility to fill up with appropriate stamp & sign from authorized doctor and send us the same. 
• Tour operator is not responsible for the lost luggage.



Requirements:

• Indian passport valid for at least 6 months having minimum 4 blank pages should reach Head office before the intimate date,
• If Passport not reached before the intimated date we are not responsible & No amount shall be refund.
• 6 white background photographs of size 4x6 cm
• In case of foreign passport long term Indian visa is required with P.O.I or O.C.I. card or traveling with a Indian passport holder related as Mehram​
